Why are you called Natu & Co.?

Natu is derived from a native Igbo dialect ‘Chinatu’ – which happens to be our founders name and means ‘God Leads me’. It is our belief that peace and true comfort dwells in a home that lets God lead.

Where are your bedding products made?

All our bedding are made in our home factory here in Lagos. Our Cotton and sateen are sourced organically and made out of long-staple Egyptian cotton. Our flannel is spun from pure wool. Made in Nigeria, our bedding basics are available in hypoallergenic down alternative filling.

What is the thread count of your Bedding?

Thread count actually isn’t the best way to measure the quality of your Bedding – in fact, it’s largely a marketing gimmick – which is why you won’t find it listed in our product descriptions. What is the difference between Cotton, Sateen and Flannel?

Both Cotton and Sateen are made using the finest long-staple Egyptian cotton – the difference is a result of how they’re woven.

Our cotton is cool and crisp to the touch. This fabric is very breathable and will get softer with continued use. Many brands use synthetic finishes to expedite this process, but this is something we have chosen to avoid.

Our Sateen is extremely soft and smooth. We often refer to it as the matte Sateen since it doesn’t have the overly shiny appearance typically associated with satin. It’s lustrous, elegant and the most luxurious of our fabrics.

Our Flannel is the thickest of the lot. It is soft and warm, wooly and a bit fuzzy to the touch.

Can I mix and match within a Set?

Our Sets are pre-bundled, and you cannot mix and match size, color or fabric. However – with the exception of our limited edition Duvet Cover Sets – all Bedding items can be purchased a la carte, so you can mix and match as you like.

Why do your bedding  & duvet cover sets come with a fitted sheet?

With the exception of the Cci bundle sets, all Comforter and duvet cover sets are designed without a top sheet because we believe that’s a personal preference. However, Top sheets can be purchased a la carte.

What if I want the set, but without the fitted sheet?

You can opt to purchase the duvet cover/comforter as a single unit + a flat sheet to match with it. All items are available a la carte.

How deep are your Fitted Sheets?

Our Fitted Sheets are designed to fit mattresses up to 12″ deep. For more information, please click on the “Size Guide” link found on each product page.

What is your return policy?

The following items can be returned:
  • Unused and unwashed items, sent in original packaging with tags.
  • Items which are proven to be damaged on arrival and scheduled for return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns being made as a result of error/s which occurred during the order process.
The following Items cannot be returned:
  • Individual items that were purchased as part of a Set.
  • Bedding, Bath, Tabletop and Decor items that have been used, washed or removed from original packaging.
  • Items that have not been scheduled for return within the 7-day window.
  • Items purchased at a Natu & Co. Sale or pop up stores.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

In event of a return, shipping fees or taxes are non-refundable; also the client takes care of whatever fees incurred in returning the said item.


How do I schedule a return?

When will I receive my refund?

  • Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to process. We will send an email once the item(s) have been received and the refund has been initiated. From this date, the full refund amount will appear back in the original account within three to five business days.
  • If you send your item(s) back outside the 7-day return window, we reserve the right to refuse your return

How can I exchange my order?

  • Exchanges are not offered. We recommend returning your item(s) and placing a new order once your refund is processed to avoid multiple charges on your card.

How much does shipping cost?

  • We provide free Shipping Within Lagos on items that are indicated.
  • On other Items, Shipping within the island incurs a Standard Shipping Charge of N1000 and to the mainland, a charge of N2000.
  • Shipping To neighboring Provinces like Badagry, Ikorodu, Ibadan, and Ota incur a Standard rate of N2500.
  • Shipping rates to other parts of the country are calculated by GIG Logistics.
  • We calculate the cost of shipping and taxes upfront so that you don’t have any additional fees when your order arrives. Please note, duties and other shipping charges are non-refundable.

When will I get my order?

  • We may split your order into multiple shipments. If this occurs, you’ll be notified and receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Can I get my order expedited?

  • You can select “Express” or “Fast” shipping at checkout. Please note that comes at an extra charge.
  • Order must be received before 5:00 PM GMT to begin processing the same day it is placed.
  • Once you’ve placed your order, we are unable to expedite.

What If I want to change my shipping address?

Contact Customer Support via email at support@natuandco.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. Item removal is not guaranteed and can only be done during business hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm GMT.

What methods of payment do you accept?

  • We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal.
  • Please note, we can only accept one form of payment per order, with the exception of Gift Cards. We only accept Gift Cards issued by Natu & Co.

Why am I charged before my order has shipped?

  • Our payment provider only allows us to capture funds within seven days of you placing your order – otherwise, we have to cancel your order, re-enter it and contact you for your credit card information again. We’d prefer to charge you at time of shipment, but we do so when you place your order to prevent future inconvenience.

What’s the status of my order?

  • To track your order, please set up an account at checkout. This allows you to log in and receive the most up to date information on your order.

What if I need to modify the contents of my order?

  • If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.
  • If you would like to remove items from your order, contact Customer Support via email at support@natuandco.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. Item removal is not guaranteed and can only be done during business hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm GMT.
  • If you are unable to contact our Customer Experience team in time, you can initiate a return once you receive your order

How do I cancel my order?

  • We typically have one sale per year around Cyber Monday, and we occasionally offer flash sales and giveaways during special occasions.
  • Please note we do not offer price adjustments to purchases made prior to sales events.

Does Natu & Co. offer coupons, rebates or promotions?

  • At this time we do not offer discount codes. We are a direct-to-consumer brand, cutting out licensing and distribution fees to make our premium quality home essentials as affordably priced as possible. We will not honor codes found on third-party discount, coupon or promotion websites.
